Antique town house in the heart of Jerzu up in the hills overlooking the east coast of Sardinia. The house is a traditional stone built property on 3 floors with a super panoramic roof terrace. Accommodation comprises: Ground floor; entrance hall with stairs and bedroom no.1 , 1st floor; bedroom no.2 and bathroom, 2nd floor, living kitchen with open fire and stairs to roof terrace. Renovation of this old house has begun but requires finishing.
Jerzu is known for its excellent production of Cannonau wine and its annual wine festival. The splendid beaches of the east coast are a mere 20 minutes away and within the same range are several larger towns including the principal towns of the recently formed province of Ogliastra, Tortoli and Lanusei. Jerzu’s limestone crags known as the ‘Tacchi’ are famous among rock climbers and the stunning countryside and nearby mountains offer an alternative to just lying on the beach.
